We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor Team Leader to join our team based in Gloucester; to be responsible for a team of circa five HR Advisors.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring a first-class HR Advisory service for the Group and providing support in developing the HR Advisory team.
You will be responsible for providing accurate, influential, timely advice and guidance to Group, whilst empowering managers to assess risks to a range of employee issues. Identifying and implementing effective solutions to ER issues, you will draft and review all case documentation to guarantee accuracy, best practice and legal compliance, responsible for producing reports, whilst providing support to our HRBPs and branches on restructures, change management and TUPE processes.
We are looking for someone with a HR Advisory background (qualified to Level 5 CIPD) within a medium to large multi-site organisation, with experience of handing case work, ER issues and working with Trade Unions. You will ideally have some experience of leading a team.
You should possess a high tolerance of ambiguity with the ability to adapt to the needs of the group, working on your own initiative, to tight deadlines, whilst demonstrating a high degree of organisation.

This position is based in Gloucester with case work managed remotely, the successful candidate will be expected to travel 2-3 days per month nationally.
