Salary: £22,000 per annum.

About us
Outward is a registered charity which provides support and care to vulnerable people across North and East London. Everything we do at Outward is about promoting the choice and independence of vulnerable people to have genuine control over their lives. We are currently looking for enthusiastic, creative and committed people to join our staff team at our Older People Services in Hackney providing support to our older customers who have diverse range of support needs.
About the Role
You will carry out a range of duties including; support planning, risk assessing, managing voids/lettings, taking responsibility for reporting repairs and H&S issues and dealing with enquiries from our contractors, our tenants, their families and Care staff.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be expected to provide a high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You must have good IT skills and experience of working with a range of IT packages. You will also have the ability to co-ordinate and manage workloads effectively, and the experience of working with other team members to ensure that team objectives and targets are met. We are particularly keen to recruit someone who can demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, who is happy to multi-task in a busy environment.

Qualification/Skills
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of internal and external partners.
* Ability to write clear, concise letters and good numeracy.
* Ability to plan and organise own workload and meet deadlines
* Good IT skills
