Mechanical Fitter
Gates (U.K.) Ltd is a major international company specializing in the production of Power Transmission belts for the automotive and industrial markets. Our continuing success has resulted in the following challenging opportunity in our Dumfries Plant.
As a Mechanical Fitter :
The successful candidate will have experience of maintenance and fault finding of mechanical systems, with specific emphasis on the disciplines below:
- Boiler operations
- High pressure steam systems
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Process machinery
- Applicants will work on our 12 hour shift pattern though initial training will be provided will be on day shift.
Required Experience:
- Fully, time served Mechanical Fitter
Required Skills:
- Experience of working within a Manufacturing environment
