Commercial Performance Analyst

This company has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Performance Analyst to support their commercial team based out of Hertford.

The role:
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery contract performance reports for their commercial and operational teams, which will help them to better understand business performance, improve forecasting accuracy and ultimately drive more profitable business decisions. You will have ownership of providing accurate data, reporting and dashboards to these teams in order to drive high quality analysis across the business.

Responsibilities:

- To provide weekly and monthly updates and reports of contractual KPI's, ensuring inputs are accurate and outputs reconcile;
- To regularly update reporting dashboards;
- To make improvements, including designing, creating and building database processes and reports;
- To commit to learning about our individual customer's needs;
- To ensure that you deliver a positive, friendly service to their customers and your team.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the Construction Industry is preferred;
- Proficient in MS Excel to advanced standard;
- Must be a self-starter with the initiative and drive to get results quickly;
- Enthusiastic, positive and able to work well within a team;
- Have strong communication skills both written & verbal.
