With over 20 years’ experience, our client is the nation’s largest one-stop shop for the jewellery maker. They offer over 18,000 products, including silver, gold, palladium and platinum bullion, cut to customers’ requirements. 

They are now looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their passionate team in London on full or part time basis.

Based in Hatten Garden, you will join an incredible team and work in the centre of London’s jewellery scene. It’s a fast-paced, rewarding environment to develop your career in and you’ll be supported and enabled throughout your probation and until you find your feet. 

What will I be doing? 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be tasked with supporting the team on our client’s Trade Counter who serve customers in the jewellery and precious metal sector. 

Joining a team of 15, you will build great customer relationships and support sales efforts and resolve customer queries. 

Your role will also involve: 

- Serving customers in a face-to-face capacity over the counter 
- Offering support and guidance to customers 
- Supporting the wider office environment with admin activities such as invoicing and filing 
- Replenishing stock and keeping the branch clean and tidy 

About You: 

To be considered as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need: 

- A keen interest in the jewellery and/or precious metals trade 
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above 
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner 
- Confident and professional communication skills 
- Effective team working skills 
- The ability to use initiative for independent work 

Knowledge, experience or qualifications within jewellery making would be beneficial to your application. Previous customer service experience would also be advantageous.
