Yoh Solutions are currently working with an exclusive client, who is seeking a Fleet controller with a technical background from the automotive or vehicle industry.

The Fleet controller responsibilities will include:
* A technical background from the automotive and vehicle industries in order to understand any damage and maintenance requirements when vehicles are returned
* Advising technicians over the phone when breakdowns occur
* Some negotiating with suppliers will be required in order to get a competitive price on all work and parts that are needed for breakdown and repair support.
Experience required for the position:
* Technical knowledge within the automotive industry is essential and within commercial Vehicles and HGV's is highly desirable
* Experience in negotiating with workshops and parts supplier in line with budgetary requirements
* Office based administration skills
This opportunity will suit candidates with a technical background who are looking to come off the tools and move into a more office orientated positon as well as candidates from, Parts Advisor, Service Manager, vehicle inspection, breakdown assistance (coordination), claims assessors, damage assessors, mechanics or vehicle technician type backgrounds.
