Platinum Recruitment's pubs Division is currently representing a pub in Hereford and have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team.
Client
Our client is a large family friendly pub that serve a seven day Carvery which offers a great selection of roasted meats sourced from local Herefordshire suppliers. The pub has a 110 cover restaurant and a private function room. Our client is part of a successful small group of fresh food pubs based throughout south-west England.
Role
The role is a great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team. We are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef with a fresh food background in a busy restaurant or pub environment. An accomplished Chef de Partie looking for career progression will also be considered for the role. You must have your own mode of transport.
