Due to growth our client is looking to recruit an HR Assistant to help support the current HR Manager with day to day personnel administration duties.
The role will involve the following duties although not exhaustive:
• Prepare new starter induction packs.
• Place recruitment adverts.
• Record absences, holidays and sickness.
• Assist the HR Manager in ensuring all Data Protection and GDPR regulations are met and recorded.
• Produce and maintain accurate minutes from disciplinary proceedings.
• Monitor and track all probation reviews.
• Any other administration tasks as required by the HR Manager.
The successful candidate will have relevant HR experience and CIPD qualified would be advantageous.
Must have excellent IT skills and the ability to effectively multi-task.
Excellent communication skills as the role will involve liaising with all levels of personnel.
This is a permanent, full time role and the salary is negotiable depending on experience.
