The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Paralegal to join an experienced team in the Uckfield area. Working closely with the Probate Manager, the successful Paralegal will provide hands-on assistance with all aspects of probate matters and the administering of estates using a case management system. Acting as the first point of contact, the successful Probate Paralegal will liaise with bereaved family members and Professional Executors, reassuring them of the process and explaining complex matters in clear and accessible language. Solid experience in all aspects of probate matters and the ability to competently use a case management system will be essential.
