Based at their Shaw Lane Depot, this role will work closely alongside the IT Officer to provide first line support to staff around using mobile equipment and software, including:

• Assisting with repairs and maintenance of handheld devices used by trades staff to coordinate and log repairs at our tenant’s properties
• Coordinating IT upgrades and the testing of IT systems and applications
• Helping to produce user instructions to ensure correct use and repair of mobile devices
• Training new staff how to use mobile working devices and IT systems

Our client is looking for someone with an interest in IT and mobile equipment as well as strong existing IT skills and the ability to be proactive and respond positively to change; technology is always evolving! You will be committed to studying for a NVQ level 2 qualification in IT.
