Shoreham by Sea
Salary, depending on experience - up to GBP20,000
Monday to Friday - Full Time 08:30 to 17:30 on Mondays to Thursdays, and 08.30 to 16.30 on Fridays
Due to business growth and demands Hunters Recruitment is looking to hire a self-driven, enthusiastic and positive Recruitment Resourcer. This is an opportunity for a person to kick start a career within the recruitment industry, learning the skills of resourcing. The successful candidate will learn the business of Recruitment and assist in finding candidates for Temporary and Permanent roles in such industries as care and aviation. This is an extremely varied job with many responsibilities pulling you in different directions, and it will involve a large number of calls to and interviews with candidates. You will assist in the preparation of CVs.
Essentials
A good command of English Language, excellent spelling and grammar. A competent IT user. A minimum standard of intermediate in Word and Excel. A pro-active approach and good communication skills which will include assertiveness. Prioritising, attention to detail and time management skills are necessary.
We are particularly eager to hear from outgoing and positive people who demonstrate a passion for wanting to work within recruitment.
Tasks
• Reception duties - greet people calling in to the office in a polite and friendly manner and ascertain their suitability to register with us.
• Answer incoming calls, assist with queries wherever possible or take messages and refer to relevant personnel.
• Identify relevant talent from job boards and social media and make initial contact.
• Advertising jobs online.
• Formatting of CVs.
• Printing and scanning documents. Database administration.
• Compliance checking
• Process DBS checks
• Attend client visits with Consultants whenever possible to assist in the matching process
• Produce brief on candidates to market to clients by email or post mailshot.
• Assist Consultants to organise interviews, introductions and follow up
• Take accurate feedback and record.
• Assist with any other office duties as and when required
