My client is a well established organisation within the Janitorial Supplies industry who manage a service of washroom products, safety and hygiene solutions to name but a few. They are looking to strengthen their presence by introducing an experienced Hygiene Consultant to join their team.
Whilst reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you are expected to find and convert opportunities to sell their market leading products to new and existing customers in the West Midlands. You will be part of a Front Line Team and predominantly be based out in the field focusing on maximising sales on a weekly and quarterly basis. You are expected to expand on the number of active customers as well as developing existing clients by sourcing the lead, identifying and validating the opportunities which will be fed into the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited
* To contribute as a sales force member to development and implement strategies to meet company objectives
* To maintain an effective working relationship with all managers and members of staff throughout the company
* To update the system with quote information on a daily basis ensuring all is information is recorded
*To make a targeted number of calls each week
*To book/attend appointments with new and existing clients on weekly basis
*To forecast weekly sales based on what is in your pipeline and meetings booked.
*To record your activity on Salesforce system and in Outlook
*To follow up on leads from other members of the team within the business
*To direct all information obtained to the right members of the team
* To manage handover process of new/exisiting accounts to the internal team
* To adhere to policies and procedures
You will be a specialist in providing solutions and consultative sales. Be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. You will be hungry for success, a self motivator with the ability to thrive within a busy environment. Also have proven sales experience within service delivery
Salary is £25,303 per annum with an OTE £30-£40K
