PA to Group Transport Manager

This is a well established company who have been developing park home living since 1955.

The transport department are now looking for a reliable person to assist the Transport Manager in all aspects of the department's activities.

The department is a self-contained very busy unit.

Duties will include:
- Liaison between customers, suppliers and contractors
- Taking orders & delivery scheduling, progressing orders
- Producing delivery tickets
- Booking collections, deliveries and contractors
- Progressing loads due for delivery or in transit and keeping customers informed
- Quality checks, documentation review and formatting
- Stationery/PPE control, dealing with staff holiday requests and banking

Skills:
- IT literate particularly with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Friendly telephone manner with customer focus
- Good knowledge of UK geography
- Attention to detail
- Honesty and reliability
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
