Lincoln St Christopher’s and St Francis Federation for students and pupils between the ages of 3-19 with a range of needs are looking for teachers interested in developing their career or newly qualified teachers seeking their first post.
We are looking to appoint ambitious teachers who have a passion for teaching children with SEND and can offer the very best teaching and learning to our pupils and ensure they achieve the excellent outcomes they deserve.
Previous experience of working in a special needs setting is not essential but could be beneficial. We are looking for teachers that are passionate about working with children and are willing to support our vision of developing courageous and confident learners.
We have high expectations that every pupil will be valued, challenged and supported to make sustained academic and personal progress.
