Customer Support Advisor

Customer Support Advisor - £16,000 - £18,000 per annum – Dereham, Norfolk – Full Time Permanent.

Full-time 40 hours per week within the following hours:-

8am-7pm Monday to Friday. 8am-5pm on Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus Bank Holidays.

We are advertising for an award-winning internet based holiday car hire specialist with a strong customer focus and a reputation for outstanding customer service.

They are looking for experienced contact centre staff with a passion for being helpful and exceeding customer’s expectations. The successful candidate will join their existing contact centre team in providing award-winning service to their customers.

The job will involve:

• Taking inbound calls and replying to emails.
• Assisting customers using ‘Live Web Chat’
• Building a rapport with customers.
• Providing support to customers before, during and after the car rental period.
• Explaining to customers the benefit in booking car hire with them.
• Resolving issues during and after the car rental period.
• Going the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations at all times.

What they require:

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A confident, friendly and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to empathise with all types of customer.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience of complaint handling would be an advantage.
