We are looking for a recruitment Manager to join our newly formed internal recruitment team to drive business growth by partnering with our business and diversifying our candidate pipelines whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. As a recruitment manager you will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of recruitment solutions within our fast paced consultancy business. You will need to manage a delivery team and lead by example whilst partnering with your recruitment colleagues to deliver a first class service to our UK business.

Your future duties and responsibilities: Reporting into the Recruitment Director, the Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing a range of recruitment activities including but not limited to:

- Providing a high touch recruitment service to the business, acting as subject matter expert within your sector, understanding future requirements and business needs to deliver talent as required.
- To proactively build strategic relationships with all key stakeholders across the business.
- Providing a visible consultancy service that takes ownership of the end-to-end recruitment service delivery, builds strong relationships providing a single point of contact for the business.
- Drive service delivery in-line with the strategic recruitment goals, with particular focus on ensuring referral and direct hiring targets are achieved.
- Create bespoke hiring strategies/campaigns including considering innovative channels to market, compensation/candidate availability and hiring timescales.
- Provide best practice recommendations and costs on attraction strategies to execute external campaigns.
- Act as a point of escalation to resolve issues and provide solutions to the business.
- Training and education of Hiring Managers on all recruitment related processes including use of relevant recruitment systems, social media, referral scheme etc.
- Create and execute a recruitment strategy for the assigned business unit
- Support and drive the attainment of referral and direct delivery targets for the assigned business unit.
- Management and delivery on continuous improvement projects with recruitment service.
- Drive fulfillment, quality of service, cost of delivery and compliance by providing and monitoring SLA's or KPI's on all aspects of the service.
- Ensure regular service/performance reviews are performed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - Numerate and detail-conscious.
- Strong influencing skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of self-motivation - able to respond well to pressure, tight deadlines in order to achieve agreed objectives
- Evidence of managing direct hiring recruitment within either an agency, RPO or in-house environment.
- Experience of creating and maintaining strategic client relationships.
- Knowledge of eRecuitment systems and processes.
- Proven track record of managing delivery within complex recruitment businesses, delivering core as well as innovative offerings to clients.
- Experience of utilising social media/sourcing tools: Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Experience of writing effective, engaging job descriptions/adverts
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation around Diversity/Non-discrimination laws and GDPR (storage and accuracy of data)
- Results driven and able to work independently and as part of a team


- Experience of recruiting within an IT services and/or related professional services organization
- Psychometric or technical testing
- Experience of coaching and educating business stakeholders in recruitment best practice
