As our Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for generating and maintaining personal healthcare, Vitality partner and reward and joint Health/Life/Invest content on our website; all content on the logged in Member Zone (including the online Health claims experience), content for the Vitality Member app, the Vitality GP app and the HealthyU app.
You’ll develop an in-depth knowledge of Vitality’s products, partners and rewards, work with the Brand team to launch new benefits and partners. You’ll keep digital content regularly refreshed and compliant. You will also work with the Digital Product team to create and manage content for a new Member website and App developed during 2018/19.
Responsibilities as our Digital Marketing Manager include:
- Responsible for all partner, reward and product content across our websites, the Vitality Member app, Vitality GP and HealthyU app.
- Responsible for joint Health, Life and Invest content on our website e.g. contact us, complaints, and awards.
- Review content change requests, seek approval from compliance and update the rest of the marketing team.
- Work with the Continuous Improvement Team to make small changes across our digital platforms to improve the member experience and reduce demand.
- Support other areas of the business with one off communications e.g. Vitality Care and Clinical.
- Assess the impact of launch across our website, member website, the Vitality Member app and the Vitality GP app.
- Work with the Brand team and Senior Copywriter to create a copy document for launch to be signed-off by all internal and external stakeholders and distribute to the wider marketing team.
- Work with the project team to define requirements and user stories for our websites, the Vitality Member app and the Vitality GP app.
- Work with the Senior Copywriter to draft content for all impacted assets including FAQs, terms and conditions and support content.
- Get all copy approved by stakeholders and build pages/edit copy in Sitecore.
- Lead on digital projects from a content perspective
- Ensure that Business Requirements Documents are maintained with the most recent app copy and Vitality changes affecting Healthy Workplace are approved by the Product Owner and briefed into the team in South Africa
Skills and Experience required of our Digital Marketing Manager:
- University level education or equivalent
- CMS experience, ideally Sitecore 8.2 content editing and publishing, personalisation and profiling
- Digital copywriting and ability to clearly communicate sometimes complex user journeys
- Launching new products and benefits
- Marketing compliance/working in a regulated environment
- Your role requires working closely with various teams across the business and agencies outside the business.
- A good understanding of best practice in digital communication.
- Excellent project management skills - activity planning and project delivery.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities. Excellent organisation skills is a must.
- Ability to manage expectations and ensure visibility of delivery issues and barriers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Confident with strong interpersonal skills and good at building relationships across functions.
- Ability to inject fresh ideas and creativity into the wider marketing team.
