LOCATION: Waterside, Chesham , near Hemel Hempstead
JOB TITLE: Manual Turner
SALARY & BENEFITS: Good basic hourly rate with with the potential for overtime'
WORKING HOURS: Full Time - Monday to Friday
THE COMPANY: Based in Chesham, near Hemel Hempstead our client are a British based engineering company. For more than 70 years they have been the leader in mixing technology and has set the standard for High Shear Mixers.
THE ROLE: The successful candidate will be required to produce high quality work to tight deadlines with the minimum of supervision. You will work in a busy manufacturing workshop. You will be required to machine a wide variety of parts from engineering drawings.
The will Manual Turner join a friendly team working in a clean, friendly working environment.
Working hours 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with potential of overtime.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the role of Manual Turner will have previous experience.
You will also need a good level of written and spoken English as you will be working from specific design drawings and communicating within the team. Experience working with Stainless Steel would be an advantage.
Key experience essential for the Manual Turner role:
• Live within a commutable distance of Chesham, near Hemel Hempstead
• Previous experience as a Manual Turner
• Good level of spoken / written English
