Wouldn't it be great going work knowing you were going to be paid GBP10 per hour to eat sweets and chocolate! Yes you can be paid to eat treats! To do so we'd want you to become the latest product tester at a leading sweet and chocolate company!

As a product tester you'll be part of a team who really make a difference in the products one of the world's leading food brands produce!

As a product tester you'll be based on site at Nestl?? in the Product Technology Centre (PTC) in York and be at the heart of their product development.

The role of a product tester will see you will taste, discuss and influence business decisions by analysing the current chocolate and sweet confectionery brands twice a week. The role really is as simple as taste testing confectionery and sharing your views with the rest of the team.

This wonderfully delectable job is located at the NESTL?? York in Haxby road.

Not only will this role see you getting to eat sweets but also comes with a pretty sweet pay rate, with product testers being paid GBP10.00 per hour (4 hours per week) in 2 x 2 hour sessions, fixed hours, part-time.

We are not only asking for you to test the latest confectionery but also asking for a long term commitment, and the role is an on going one! Ideally this role would suit those who can articulate their findings and record them on Microsoft Word, as well as those who have a sweet tooth and want to share their views!

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products you'll be testing we cannot employ anyone with the following food allergies; peanuts or tree nuts, gluten, soya, milk, wheat, eggs. Additionally if you don't eat gelatine products this role is probably not suitable for you.

Experience is not necessary, although a love of confectionery and the motivation to provide a positive contribution to product development is essential for any would be product tester!

To become a product tester you must be able to work one or more of the following shift patterns, and commit on a long term basis to this role.
Mon & Tues: 9:30 - 11:30
Weds & Thurs: 9:30 - 11:30
Weds 13:00 - 15:00 & Fri: 9:30 - 11:3
