Trainee Adviser
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and very successful business in a role that comes with full training support and career progression opportunities.
The aim of this role is to provide Technical Administration Support to the team of Advisers and Head of Department. You will be required to learn and build an excellent understanding of Paraplanning. Training and full study support will be provided.
The role:
* To attend client meetings with the Advisers, both on and off site and write up the post meeting file notes
* Add all of the necessary meeting details on to the database for accurate record keeping and report writing
* Assist the Advisers with collecting client information and research
* Using an analytical approach and available systems to review the merits of investment options and financial planning options available
* To support business growth by spotting opportunities to gain client referrals from different departments
* Working to company compliance standards
Skills & Experience:
* Ideal applicants will have the desire to continue Financial Qualifications and studies, with full support provided
* Previous experience within Financial Services would be a big advantage
* Good systems knowledge, including MS Word and Excel
* Experience of working in a regulated industry
* A positive attitude to study and self development
* Excellent teamwork
