Due to impressive periods of growth a world leader in gas management systems is actively seeking a Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team based in Somerset, commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Chepstow, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol, Clevedon, Weston-Super-Mare, Swindon, Bath and Yeovil.

The Receptionist/ Administrator in Somerset, will report to the Facilities Manager and will provide effective and efficient service to all visitors at the site and provide a high level of administration to the Facilities Manager and Site Leadership Team. You will also be part of a fast paced environment and will provide front desk reception duties for the office including handling phone calls, greeting visitors, dealing with mail and courier items, arranging flights, hotels and travel arrangements, assisting with company functions and events and ordering safety and uniform supplies. The role will also be responsible for data entry, documentation and supporting the Facilities Manager.

The Receptionist/ Administrator, Somerset will have experience working in a fast paced environment and will have the ability to work under pressure with excellent communication skills. You must have experience of managing a reception, have administration skills and be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
