Finance Director

Client

Our client is a global property, residential, construction and services group operating in investments, build and facilities management. The company work across a variety of sectors from education and housing to industrials and power. The group employs over 15,000 employees worldwide with operations across the globe. Working as UK Finance Director this position will oversee all UK divisions and report directly into the Group CFO of the PLC. As the UK Finance Director this position will have responsibility over the FP&A team, sales and projects team and be line manager of all Divisional Finance Directors based in the UK. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a global PLC, preferably in construction or facilities management environment and experience of project appraisal.

Responsibilities

-Sign off of consolidated UK accounts and report to Global CFO

-Business partner with sales and operations directors to achieve business plan and growth

-Oversee of all aspects of finance function including FP&A, Tax and divisional teams

-Recruitment and sign off of senior positions

-Overall responsibility for financial performance of UK Group

-Implement strategy for growth and EBITDA increase

Desired Skills

-ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

-Experience of construction or FM environment

-Ability to drive business growth

-Investment appraisal

-Extensive experience of senior management
