Regional Director (Manned Guarding/Security services)
Location: Flexible (candidates should live within easy reach of Slough)
Salary: GBP50,000 + Company Car
Tremendous opportunity to lead the strategic delivery of manned guarding services across a blue chip portfolio. This quality focused service provider seeks a senior manager with experience managing a security portfolio in excess of GBP7 million, strong P&L skills and first rate client engagement experience.
If you are a commercially astute senior manager with a proven track record of managing P&L, driving growth and people management then this could be the opportunity for you.
You will be:
A commercially astute senior manager with experience of managing client relationships within the UK manned Security sector. You will have managed a client portfolio in excess of GBP7million.
A people manager able to develop, coach and lead a team of dedicated senior Operations Managers.
Able to build strategic client relationships and provide expert security advice and guidance to corporate clients
Able to manage P&L and have experience getting the best out of your budget.
The role:
You will lead the delivery of security services to a portfolio of corporate accounts
You will play a key role in influencing the growth and strategic direction of the portfolio and wider business
You will be responsible for strategic management and operational delivery of a portfolio of customer accounts.
P&L management
Provide leadership to a team of Operations Managers
Oversee contract mobilisations
