THE ROLE:

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Residential Support Worker for a 6 bedded home for children with challenging behaviours.

You will be a key member of the team, providing high standards of care. You will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users to live as independently as possible. Experience is not essential and training will be provided. You will need to have a willingness to learn and the compassion and patience needed to support service users and their families.

The children's home is open 365 days of the year and this is reflected within the shift patterns. Shifts are generally 24 hours starting at 8 or 9 am through to the next day with a sleep in.

Full time would be 3 days a week and Weekends/Bank Holidays/Christmas/New Year will be worked on a rota basis.
