An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Ltd, in the role of Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson. The suitably experienced professional will be an electrically bias maintenance craftsperson working as part of a multi-disciplinary site based Estates Department. 

The Post Holder will be undertaking planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and new installation work within healthcare premises on a variety of building services related systems, including:

• Fire alarm systems
• Building Management Systems
• Staff alarm and nurse call systems
• Intruder alarm and security systems
• Electrical  installations  in  accordance  with  all  IEE  regulations  and relevant standards
• Electrical infrastructure and equipment testing,
• Fault finding and repair of plant and equipment
• Emergency generator testing, maintenance, and operation
• Mechanical building services
• Heating & Cooling Systems

This vacancy will be based at the St Nicholas Hospital in Gosforth, Newcastle and will also cover the surrounding community premises.
