It’s an exciting time to join them as they move forward towards achieving their aim of becoming the 'Market Maker' in Independent Living. They ask that you have current knowledge of building construction and products relevant to social housing properties and schemes and have experience of budget control and ensuring value for money is achieved.
With excellent communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative, you will have experience of delivering a customer focused service and in all aspects of resident consultation.
