IT Internal Sales Account Manager
Our client is a highly successful IT Managed Services business listed on the London Stock Exchange who Partner with many of the top Vendors including Microsoft, Cisco etc., we are seeking career minded individuals with a background in IT Sales, strong communication skills and a passion to succeed to be based out of their Bournemouth office.
We are seeking ambitious IT sales people with a proven track record in IT sales/account management looking to develop their careers with a rapidly expanding, forward thinking technololgy organisation.
Purpose of Job To be the primary contact point for managing our smaller accounts and to support senior account managers.
The Account Managers have responsibility for a number of named accounts working in two key areas
Ensure customers understand the range or services Company offers and fill in the white space, thereby growing share of wallet Research customer business growth plans and proactively use Company technology and services to help the customer achieve them.
Keeping Customers Happy
Develop an account management and revenue development plan for each customer
Proactive and regular account management reviews and communication with customers via Email, Skype and Phone. You will possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, IT sales experience, passion and drive to succeed
B2B customer service experience within technology and managing a set of accounts
Ideal - Maths and English to A 'level standard
Degree beneficial but not essential
