Our client has six colleges, two training providers and around 2,500 staff spread across 61 locations, which also makes them one of the largest not for profit training groups in the UK.

They work with thousands of learners, employers and apprentices each year, collaborating with businesses across the UK to help underpin their journey to success and future growth.

Their two training providers are now looking for a Performance Manager in Employability to provide leadership and management within regions across the UK to exceed contractual and business objectives across classroom-based delivery.

This is a key operational role in which the post holder will have full accountability for ensuring the operational delivery within their region for all programmes, funded by a variety of different funding streams including: EFA, ESFA, ESF, DWP and Big Lottery. The role will have a predominantly internal focus of driving achievements rates, contractual targets, quality and compliance with awarding and funding bodies. There will also be the need to build key partnerships with external stakeholders including employers, referral agencies, colleges and other providers.

In the role you will focus on business growth, sustained contract delivery and performance management. With FE / HE / Skills / Employability knowledge and excellent communication skills, you will have experience of managing, motivating and developing a remote team, including setting and monitoring objectives, implementing CPD and training and development plans.

A Degree (or equivalent relevant experience) and a recognised Management qualification is highly desirable however not essential.
