A small engineering company based in Salfords, Nr. Redhill, Thinklaser are looking for a reliable, versatile and enthusiastic person to join our team. Initial responsibility will be to be the voice of the company in a receptionist roll. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner would need be a key factor. You will also need to provide support administration duties as and when required and to a level based on your experience.

 

We will consider both Part-time and full-time applications. Office hours will be 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

 

Remuneration package will be in line with the position on offer combined with previous experience. The package will include pension, healthcare plus bonus scheme.

 

The individual will be responsible for answering the incoming calls and relaying them to the appropriate departments. We are a small company with 10 employees so the level of calls received is not huge. The company has a secured entrance with phone entry, answering of this will also fall within the receptionists responsibility.

 

Additional duties would include welcoming visitors, ensuring they are made aware of the environment they are visiting and then placing them with their respective host.

 

There would be some additional administration duties as well. These would be based on the individuals experience and capability but would include such duties as ensuring all courier pickups for the day are correctly labelled and booked. Website enquires are correctly relayed to appropriate departments and logged.

 

Full training will be provided on all aspects of the work.
