Unique Employment Services are currently recruiting a Team Leader on behalf of our client based in the PE1 area.
This is a fantastic 12-week temp - perm opportunity.
Duties and responsibilities include;
- Supervision of up to 20 operatives - mainly at the Peterborough base but possible other locations around the UK.
- Health and safety implementation.
- Contributing to potential problem prevention and solutions concerning customer parts.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers and rapidly reacting to notified concerns.
- Ensure Inspectors are working correctly and to the instructions given.
The ideal candidate;
- Have a background in the Automotive or Engineering Industry.
- Enthusiastic, and hard working.
- Must have quality inspection experience
- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
Hours of work;
Monday - Friday (Shifts will vary between the hours of 6am - 1.30am)
Occasional Saturdays will be required.
