Mechanical Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor with construction, HVAC and electrical experience.

Duties:
1. Planning and assigning work on site and maintaining progress to ensure projects are completed on time. Including co-ordination of work activities.
2. Supervision of sub-contractors and on site labour. Including induction and approval of site operatives.
3. Interpret drawings and documents for installation.
4. Setting and maintaining high standards of workmanship and leading by example.
5. Ordering of ancillary materials.
6. Receiving, inspection and safe storage of materials and equipment.
7. Assess and review the impact of changes.
8. Attend site meetings.
9. Initial, stage and review of inspection records.
10. Understand QA requirements, carry out audits and maintain a site diary.
11. Maintain a customer focus and establish good working relationships.
12. Implement on site the company's safety system and undertake risk assessments, regular tool box talks and audits.
13. Maintain high standards of health and safety and environmental performance
