This company is currently seeking a Corporate Lead Security Officer to join their team in the Sutton, Surrey area.

Job Overview:
You will ensure the safety and security of people, premises and property. The post holder will be responsible for working as part of a team to deliver the day-to-day security requirements of a prestigious site, maintaining a high corporate image and very high standards of professionalism.

Principle Accountabilities:
- Access control
- Working with the site Supervisor to monitor the team performance to meet KPI's
- Working with the site Supervisor to ensure the tasking and adherence to assignment instructions
- Working with the site Supervisor to ensure all security personnel are correctly turned out and courteous at all times
- Working with the site Supervisor to ensure that all relevant induction and continuation training has been completed
- Ensure that all incident reports and site documentation are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Ensure that all patrol activity is carried out in accordance with the site instructions
- Working with the site Supervisor to ensure the welfare of the team members
- Working with the site Supervisor to investigate misconduct or malpractice issues
- Act as the deputy to the site Supervisor and to liaise with and represent the company with our client on a daily basis as required
- Work with the head office team to ensure consistent, first-class service is delivered to our client

Requirements:
- Frontline security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA licence
- Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers.
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK. Local to Sutton would be an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent administration skills
- Must be punctual and have the ability to think on their feet
- Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
- Smart, well-groomed and confident.
- A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential
- Good report writing skills
- Conflict management aware
- Strong understanding of customer care awareness
- Security systems knowledge desirable - particularly Milestone (CCTV) and Salto (access control)
- Telephone/switchboard skills
- First aid training would be an advantage
- Strong IT literacy skills would be an advantage
