We currently have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team based in Islington.

Within the role, you will lead, supervise and control the daily activity on one or more schemes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Providing a quality service to quality standards, you will guarantee maximum performance and efficiency alongside meetings clients’ needs and expectations. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for achieve or exceeding pre-set KPI criteria.

Candidates for this position will hold SMSTS OR SSSTS training coupled with previous experience within a Site Manager/Supervisor position managing one or more schemes simultaneously. The successful Site Manager will hold Asbestos Awareness alongside First Aid at Work. Ideally you will also hold a CSCS Card coupled with a Basic Scaffold Inspection Certificate.

Candidates for this position will preferably have knowledge of Building Regulations coupled with a Trade qualification. A proficient user of IT and MS office packages, you will have knowledge of CDM requirements. Above all, we are looking for an individual who has the motivation to succeed within our dynamic team.

Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
