About the role

We are currently recruiting a full time Clinical Student Experience Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Education Business Partner and working closely with the Clinical and Community Sub-Deans, the Clinical Student Experience Manager will manage the teams responsible for the administration and delivery of our clinical education programmes at our Truro locality site. They will support the Medical School as it looks to grow student numbers and develop new programmes, helping ensure we maintain an excellent student experience and good working relationships with our clinical partners.

The role holder will also support the Clinical and Community Sub-Deans as they secure the engagement of College NHS partners in the south-west in all relevant aspects of the curriculum. They will liaise with and maintain close links to regional NHS trusts and local healthcare providers.

This role is located at the Knowledge Spa building on the RCHT Hospital site at Truro. However the role holder may be required to travel to meetings and events at the University's other campuses in Exeter and Penryn.

The role is based within the Education and Student Support (ESS) Directorate. This is one of the largest of the Professional Services Teams and is responsible for delivering world-class educational services to Colleges whilst ensuring the best possible experience for our students and academics.
