Do you need something that's flexible? ??
We're looking for concierges to cover ongoing temporary shifts in residential buildings across London.
This is a customer focused role, where you will meet and greet all visitors to reception with a helpful attitude. As concierge you will create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meets the residents' needs and expectations.
Typical duties include:
* Dealing with general enquiries
* Entering all relevant comments/details in the concierge log
* Receiving registered mail and deliveries for residents, issuing it where appropriate
* Helping to keep common parts clean, tidy and safe
A background in working at 5* hotels or residential developments is ideal but if you have experience in a high-end customer facing role and are looking for a change, we'd love to meet you.
Location: throughout London
Hours of Work: flexible, weekday and weekend shifts available
