Customer Services Sales – Chelmsford, Essex – Competitive basic salary (£18,000) plus sales bonus – Full Time, Permanent

Our client is currently looking to recruit staff to join their Customer Services Department.  Candidates should be experienced sales and marketing negotiators and one of these roles will require a Russian speaker.

This is a ‘soft-sales’ role which involves connecting with existing clients and ‘warm’ leads to invite them to re-enter their projects into their global property competition.

You will need to possess an excellent manner on the telephone, be organised and enjoy communicating with people.

Full training is given.

Our client runs the International Property Awards, the International Hotel Awards, a number of business events and the titles “International Property & Travel” Magazine “The World’s Best Hotels” and a range of winner’s publications. 

The International Property Awards has been established for 25 years and is the only property awards which operate on a global basis. They sell, organise and run business networking and exhibition days alongside their award presentation ceremonies and these are based overseas as well as in the UK.

This is an exciting busy and fast role and you will need to fully understand the benefits of their products for their customers so they offer a comprehensive training programme to enable you to fully establish your knowledge to enable you to successfully carry out this role. 

You need to have an excellent command of the English language, be well spoken and bright.

You need to be organized, motivated by their products and services and be happy to work a rota of shift hours depending on the regions of the world they are working with.
