Our client is looking for an experienced Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the a Shopping Centre in Elgin, ensuring the health and safety of the centre for tenants and visitors. You will oversee the building maintenance, ensuring all facets are maintained to a high standard, identifying any repairs necessary and monitoring the cleaning contractors. Supporting the MA, you will help to achieve trading potential of the retailers within the Centre and monitoring the local service delivery and ensure all customers receive the services promised. You will manage the invoices to the Centre and monitor the expenditure against the budget, as well as contributing to the process of re-tendering contracts and managing the financial control of the contracts.

With working knowledge of shopping centres and related systems, you will have a good understanding of property and facilities management. With knowledge of H&S processes, you will have a background of working with tenants and managing budgets. You will be approachable and will work effectively with a variety of individuals, finding solutions to issues and developing great working relationships. Customer-focused, you will be adept at using social media to market the Centre to increase the footfall. Ideally, you will be SIA Accredited and NEBOSH trained and have a retail background.
