The company are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent customer service and administration skills to work on a trade busy trade counter.
The employer is a well established business in Telford with 150 years of trading experience.
You will be working on a busy trade desk dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone. You will be taking inbound calls, dealing with queries and complaints, chasing deliveries and advising on products.
You will be updating the computer system and dealing with calls, faxes and emails
You need to be confident with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal with customers both face to face and over the phone
£8 per hour + accrued holiday pay
8:30am - 5pm - You will need to be available to work on 28/05/18 - Bank Holiday Monday
