Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Agent to join their fantastic team.
This role is office based and not in a call centre, this is an excellent chance to join a fantastic company with right modern working conditions and great benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Deal with customers via telephone and email
* Deal with from dealers and end consumers regarding product specifications, prices and stock
* Recommend alternative products as a substitute when product is unavailable
* Inform line manager and relevant Area Sales Managers of any dealer or stock problems
* Communicate product availability to managers and process product allocation as instructed
* Send out brochures and reviews to dealers (and end consumers if needed)
* Process all service credits accurately and on day of receipt
* Screen and filter technical calls on behalf of product and service departments
* Ad hoc sales reporting and open order reporting
* Work closely together with colleagues to allocate available stock to the open orders
Product Support
* First line pre-sales information for end consumers by answering phone calls, web chats and e-mails
* Provide first level after-sales product support and troubleshooting for end consumers by answering phone calls, web chats and emails through our CRM system
* Keep yourself up to date on new product developments via our in-house eLearning platform and by joining internal product trainings
Criteria:
* Experience in a similar position dealing with customers on the telephone
* Language skills: German and English (fluent verbal, basic written skills)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office - Experience with SAP, CRM would be an advantage
* Excellent customer service skills and well organized
* Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal communication, persuasiveness)
* Good team player
