Warehouse Picker/Packer - Chelmsford, Essex - Night Shift
We are recruiting a large number of warehouse order pickers to work the late/night shift at the Regional Distribution Centre of our major client based in Chelmsford, Essex working a 5 on 3 off rota.
This is a physically demanding role and duties will include:
• Order picking using a voice activated system
• Picking items weighing up to 15kg
• Driving a powered pallet truck (full training and licence will be obtained on day 1)
• Keeping warehouse clean and tidy
Working the 5 on 3 off rota will mean you MUST be available to work weekends and hours of work will be from 6pm to 2am. You must be flexible to work longer hours if needed. Due to these shift times you MUST also have your own transport or live locally.
As the right candidate for this role you will:
• Have your own transport or live locally
• Be reliable and hard working
• Be flexible with working hours and happy to work weekends
• Have good communication skills
Experience is not required as full training will be given, all we are looking for is hard working candidates with stable previous employment history.
