ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER - CAMBRIDGE - 2AA ROSETTE - LUXURY HOTEL
An Assistant Restaurant Manager required in Cornwall for this Luxury 4 Star Hotel which offers an award winning 2AA Rosettes restaurant.
The Restaurant serves up to 80 covers per service and the menu is put together using clean flavours to produce an elegant A La Carte menu put together using the finest ingredients sourced locally to ensure the fullest flavours.
The hotel also offers private dining and caters for weddings and special events.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
-Report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager
-Have a friendly, yet professional persona and you must have experience of working within an establishment that focuses on fresh food
-Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team
-Have a passion for food, have lots of flair and be able to deal with day to day issues, regarding front of house and back of house operations
-Have a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront.
