HR ADVISOR - EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
HUDDERSFIELD
Up to GBP28,000 + Free Parking + Excellent Benefits
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a fast paced and forward-thinking organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them for a 12-month contract to oversee Employee Relations.
As a HR Advisor you will be overseeing the Absence Management of 13 local sites and 200+ staff.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing and handling various attendance issues, investigating specific situations and forming solutions
* Supporting and mentoring managers and employees through difficult and complex issues
* Coaching managers where relevant to prevent absence issues
* Work closely with the wider HR team
* Report to a Case Review Panel on a monthly basis to update the Management team
* Showing consideration for employee wellbeing
* Provide an excellent level of service to customers and colleagues
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within HR, preferably in the field of managing attendance and wellbeing support
* Versatility to handle a variety of cases and individuals
* Happy to travel across several sites within the local area
