A well established and growing aerospace component manufacturing company are currently hiring for a Fabricator to join their business. You will perform secondary operations such as deburring, countersinking, and assemblies to a high standard on behalf of a large aerospace component manufacturer based in Southend.

Fabricator Duties:-
To carry out assembly tasks on minor mechanical assemblies;
Use air operated equipment and hand tools to ensure fabricated assemblies are 'finished' to the correct quality standards;
Apply an acid etch prime to a variety of aerospace components;
Deburr a variety of components;
Countersink and crop a variety of detailed precision sheet metal components;
Degrease aerospace components using degreasing plant;
To punch and form precision sheet metal components using a fly press.

Skills and experience needed for this Fabricator role:-
You will have had fabrication experience
Have experience working in a manufacturing environment;
Experience using hand tools;
Be able to read from Engineering drawings.
