Our Client
An award-winning legal practice based in Grantham are looking to bring on a new Commercial Solicitor to their team. This is a role with excellent opportunity for progression, with an emphasis on developing and expanding a candidates prior knowledge in Commercial Law.
The Role
The successful candidate will be taking over an established client base of business owners and directors and small to medium enterprises. The portfolio of matters is mixed and split broadly into three areas;
* Commercial Property and Leasehold
* Drafting and non-contentious
* Business disputes and litigation
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a prgamatic lawyer, who is interested in variety and a broad range of law. You will find enjoyment in finding commercial solutions for your clients that apply in the here and now.
Our client envisages that candidates with 2 + years PQE or a FCILEx will have the relevant skills/knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
