Architectural Technologist
Conrad Consulting are working with a leading Architectural Consultancy in South Essex who are looking to recruit an aspiring Architectural Technologist with design flair and passion to join their award-winning multidisciplinary team in Essex on a full time permanent basis. This practice are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and as such are recruiting architectural staff a various levels.
Working on a range of ground-breaking designs, this vacancy is best suited to a flexible Architectural Technologist who is able to adapt their working pattern to suit the size, style and complexity of each project.
The successful candidate will be confident in producing full working drawings, including specifications, and technical support on projects from planning approval stage through to site completion. Applicants with previous residential experience will be at a distinct advantage, however, all applicants that can demonstrate relevant skills & technical knowledge will be considered.
Essential Requirements:
??Relevant technical Qualification - Degree/HNC/HND.
??Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
??Previous experience within the UK Residential and Education sectors.
??Communication/Presentation skills.
??Sound knowledge of current UK legislation.
??Proficient with ArchiCAD & REVIT.
??Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills would be advantageous.
A highly competitive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful applicant, likely to be in the range of GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 per annum dependant on experience.
