Assembly/Logistics Technician required for this permanent role in Thame. The ideal candidate should be: Eager to learn and capable of picking things up quickly. Happy to roll their sleeves up as some of the assembly processes can be messy. Looking to gain thorough general

Production/Logistics experience. Happy to multi-task and jump from one area of the business to another (as the demand dictates) No particular skills are required as attitude is more important than experience!

Salary is 16.3k-18k and based on a 40 hour working week. Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm with half an hour for lunch with 2 x scheduled breaks.

Duties: Responsible for assisting in all areas of Production and Logistics when required including picking components, assembly and testing of products and goods in and out, in order to meet the specifications and timescales required by our customers. Receiving deliveries and booking them in. Packing and despatching customer orders. Ensuring required documentation is completed and kept in order. Keeping work area clean and tidy. Ensure Company's Health & Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality Strategies, Policies and Objectives are adhered to and report any deficiencies to your Line Manager.

Qualifications required to do this role: GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

Skills required to do this role: Basic IT literacy. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent attention to detail.
