Recruitment Consultant - "180 degree" Delivery Consultant / Resourcer role - no business development / no cold calling - recruiting into major IT Recruitment accounts for a respected agency. Warm desks with masses of live vacancies to work from day one. Glasgow City Centre.
Salary / Remuneration
* GBP18,000 to GBP25,000 starting salary (dependent on experience level - appointments can be made from Delivery Consultant up to Account Manager level)
* Uncapped monthly commission plus quarterly and annual bonuses and overrides for team leader and above.
* Monthly prizes, achiever's trip / incentives, end of year awards etc???

The Role:
Working within a busy Delivery Team you will be sourcing IT candidates for multiple vacancies / multiple locations for major IT projects. This is a "180 degree" role and you will use all of your candidate sourcing skills to provide an excellent service.
