Adecco are currently recruiting for a Lead HR Officer to work for a fantastic company specialising in Care Homes for the Elderly.
This is a brand new position working within a well established team in modern offices.
The main duties of this position are detailed below;
• Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
• Serving as internal consultants by analysing a company's current HR programs and recommending solutions
• Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations
• Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects
• Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow
• Developing methods for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projects
• Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance
• Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs
The ideal candidate will have knowledge in employment law, policies, disciplinarians, grievances, apprenticeship schemes, sponsorships etc
Must have strong Excel skills and be able to produce analysis and reports to the team.
The salary is negotiable along with many other benefits.
