1??? We are looking for someone who worked for inbound tour operators for minimum 2 years in the group operation department. Especially for operation side for South- Asia, for example China, India, Malaysia etc.
2??? We need someone coming from UK inbound tour Operator Company who is very detailed oriented focusing on operation side and consistently dealing with a lot paper work, emails and resolving problems with clients over the phone.
3??? Having experiences in booking coaches, ferry tickets are a bounce.
This role will be involving updating system, cancel the room number, changing breakfast type time, sorting out clients problem when they are in Europe.
What we are looking for:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese OR English are required as you will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and industry professionals throughout the UK and globally.
2. Ideally you have worked in the travel industry in the past with the similar operation experience in the UK inbound travel company.
3, Must be patient, can sit down in front of the laptop all day long. Happy to negotiate the rates, talking over the phone, emailing the hotel or visiting the hotel
4, Good temper and responsible person
You will be working in central London
