HR Officer

Are you looking for a role within HR? Tate Dorking are looking to recruit an HR Officer to join a forward thinking and market leading company based in Horsham. This is a contract role until November but is very likely to be extended, the role is paying GBP25000.00 plus excellent benefits

Your responsibilities will include:
?? Supporting the business with key projects
?? Dealing with performance management and attendance matters
?? Sending documents with regards to job offers to candidates and keeping all parties involved up to date.
?? Liaising with external suppliers and building a solid relationship.
Specific Knowledge:
?? Up to date knowledge of employment law
?? Proven experience in managing complex employee relations matters
?? Excellent IT skills using MS Office Suite
?? Able to work as part of a team
?? Good oral and written communication skills
?? CIPD qualified or working towards
